General Information for Target Marketing Solutions Referral Rewards Offer

Limit 5 referrals per 12 consecutive month period. Offer ends 12/31/12. Referred businesses/groups/individuals must enter into a contractual Agreement with Target Marketing Solutions within 6 consecutive months of the referral.  You or the referred entity must inform Target Marketing Solutions of the referral.  You will receive a $50 credit for any referral that results in a new Agreement being signed with the referred for services under $1000. You will receive a $100 credit for any referral that results in a new Agreement being signed with the referred for services over $1000. The entity you referred will also receive the same amount of credit for entering into an Agreement with Target Marketing Solutions. 

Target Marketing Solutions services covered under this referral program include, website design, website development, pay-per-click marketing, search engine optimization, and video production. Exclusions are services provided by Target Hosting Solutions, which include but are not limited to domain names, website hosting, and e-commerce, and services acquired from any entity other than Target Marketing Solutions. Referral program credits are non-transferable and must be used within 60 days of the signing of a new Agreement with the referred. Eligibility is for current and active Target Marketing Solutions clients in good standing with payments current and up to date.  Determination of referral program eligibility and qualifying referrals, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Target Marketing Solutions. Target Marketing Solutions reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following redemption.

This offer may not be combined with other Target Marketing Solutions rewards programs offers. Offer not transferable or redeemable for cash. Referring client account must be active and in good standing, as determined by Target Marketing Solutions in its sole discretion, to receive credits. Target Marketing Solutions reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or cancel this referral program at any time without notice. Terms, amounts, and conditions are subject to change at any time. This does not include any services or products that Target Marketing Solution must secure or purchase from another party. Taxes not included. Receipt of Target Marketing Solutions services subject to Target Marketing Solutions Client Agreement and Target Marketing Solutions Policies and Procedures.
